WHAT IS THE INNER HARBOR NAVIGATION CANAL (IHNC) REPLACEMENT PROJECT?
The Inner Harbor Canal Lock Project is a proposed replacement of the lock by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that resides in the Industrial Canal located in the 9th Ward of New Orleans, Louisiana.
WHY SHOULD PEOPLE BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PROPOSED LOCK REPLACEMENT?
The Army Corps of Engineers' construction project is hazardous to our communities health, puts homeowners at risk for flooding and is extraordinarily expensive to taxpayers.
